"Originally from Montreal, Canada, I'm lucky to have travelled to many amazing places. In 2011, I fell madly in love with Los Angeles and decided to stop a while. There I made a family of friends, built two businesses, joined an incredible community and set some pretty deep roots. Skip to 2017 as I embarked on my next adventure and launched COMMON GOAL CREATIVE, a collaborative marketing and media agency based in Oxford, England.

With 25 yrs experience, she now runs CGC, a creative agency offering complete marketing services to small and emerging businesses, civic organisations, artists and individuals wanting to promote themselves for the first time. A can't-stop-won't-stop kind of person, Lily also owns a shop in LA, a travel & leisure magazine in Oxford and a small apparel company.
